Job Description: Key Account Management is far more than just selling products to big customers. It involves dealing with customers who have a strategic role to play in the growth of an organization. When talking about enabling Key Account Management, the most significant role is undeniably played by the Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

·        Prioritize and manage accounts with given territory by analyzing business opportunities through contacts with key decision makers and important local stakeholders.

·        Ensuring that the client’s needs and expectations are met by the business.

·        The Key Account Managers are responsible for identifying and expanding relationships with significant clients.  Also, conduct market analysis/ opportunity analysis and communicate in-field intelligence on customer insights, external stakeholder activities and trends to key internal stakeholders (eg. Market access).   

·        Work in close association with other business divisions, to develop and maintain strategic relationships with the Key Accounts and ensure Aishwarya product entry in key accounts.

Qualifications and behavioral competencies:

-         Must be a Science/Pharmacy Graduate. Master’s Degree preferable not mandatory.

-         Experience in managing customer relationships across the full spectrum of customer types in the healthcare industry.

-         Drives for results, holds accountability for delivering commitments that align with our short term and long term goals.

-         Account management and product management experience desirable not mandatory.

-         Therapy and product area knowledge.

-         Prior experience in handling key corporate accounts preferred.
